who I Am
My name is Mesfin Lemecha. I was born on Sep 13/1985 GC in a city called Adama town which is located in Oromiya region in the country of diversity nation called Ethiopia. I experienced the vibrant traditions and values that shaped my character and resilience. In my life time i got learned and experienced a lot from my life journey as well as my past and present carrier.
My first job in Bekelcha transport S.co was my stepping stone towards my work life.
I pursued and obtained diplomas degrees
Diploma in Accounting: This foundation allowed me to understand the fundamental of financial management and the concept of business entity.
Bachelor’s in Business Management: This degree broadened my understanding of business operations and strategic planning.
I a. Getting started my Master’s in business administration : This advanced degree will help to enhanced career prospects, development of valuable skills, and the potential for leadership roles and entrepreneurship, leading to a well-rounded and marketable skill set.
Currently, I am the HRD Manager in Rest trading PLC since, june 2024 This role involves managing the recruitment ,selection ,training and development skill enhancement, and overall organizational effectiveness through training, performance management, and succession planning.
I also serve as Branch Manager @ Commercial Nominees PLC. During my stay on the company i am experienced overseeing and coordinating all operations within a specific branch, including managing staff, budgets, sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations. I also serve as Customer Service Officer,Teller and Data Encoder /PC Operator and Verifier Officer I and 2 respectively. My stay on this company enables me to dig out the deep experience for my future carrier too.I was stayed on Commercial Nominees for more than 13 years since i joined on july 2010 GC.

Throughout my life, I have faced numerous obstacles and challenges. However, I am proud of my ability to remain consistent and never give up on my goals. This resilience has been a driving force behind my achievements and growth.
During this time i am tried to share my experience and teach my followers about online job and digital marketing. I also have a dream to have my own company in near future.
